I. RATES

• Price listed are for two (2) persons per room only
• Room rates are per room per night
• Early check-out will be charged one night room value
• Check in 14.00 hrs/Check out 12.00 (noon)

II. CANCELLATION POLICY

• One night room charge for any cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date
• All cancellation must be in writing by email or FAX in advance per schedule listed above Telephone call are NOT sufficient notification of cancellation
• No show, your credit card will be charged for one night
• Room cancellation made during your stay at Ibrik Resort, you will be charged at full amount due.
• Cancellation within 3 days will be 100% charge to customer.
  
  

III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES

• All reservation required a valid credit card and expiration date guarantee of the first night arrival
• The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if the cancellation as per above procedures
• Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details is received and will be E-mailed to you for your check-in process
